Return Policy

You may return your items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and verify your return at our warehouse, we’ll proceed with your refund or exchange. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return an Item:

1. Visit our Returns page to register your return and choose either a refund or exchange.

2. Use the provided return label to send back your items.

3. Securely pack the items you wish to return, following the instructions provided.

4. Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Damaged Products

If your items arrive damaged, we’re here to help! Simply visit our Warranty Claims page to submit your request, and we’ll process your claim as soon as we receive your form.
